When I prepare breakfast at church, I must always include this breakfast favorite, chocolate gravy! Nothing better than hot, fluffy biscuits and chocolate gravy!

Ingredients For chocolate gravy

  • 1/2 stick
    butter
  • 3 Tbsp
    hershey's cocoa
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 1 1/2 c
    milk
  • 1 Tbsp
    cornstarch
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract

How To Make chocolate gravy

    Combine all dry ingredients in med. saucepan. Mix with wire whisk.

    Add milk and butter. Stir well to mix all ingredients. Cook over med. heat stirring constantly.

    Cook until butter melts and sauce thickens...about 10 min. Stir to prevent sticking.

    When thick, remove from heat and add vanilla. Pour into gravy boat and serve with hot biscuits. Refrigerate leftovers.
