1 Tbsppumpkin pie spice

1 Tbspespresso powder, instant

1 cdark chocolate chips, plus some extra for topping

3 Tbspwhole milk

How To Make chocolate espresso pumpkin muffins

1Preheat Oven to 350° F. Line regular size muffin pan with cupcake liners.

2In a large bowl add the cake mix, pumpkin pie spice, espresso powder and mix well. Add canned pumpkin, and Milk and mix until well blended. Fold in 1 cup chocolate chips until evenly mixed. Using ice cream scoop, scoop batter into lined muffin tins. Top each muffin with a few extra chocolate chips, pressing lightly into the batter.

3Bake on middle oven rack 20-25 minutes. Remove from oven, allow to cool for a few minutes then transfer to cooling rack.
