cheesy scrambled eggs

This is how I make scrambled eggs. You can add meat to this to make it a heartier dish, I do often. If the meat is raw, cook it with the veggies, if it's cooked, add it to the eggs. I've used ham, bacon, sausage, and even leftover steak. Just chop to bite size pcs.

Ingredients For cheesy scrambled eggs

  • 12
    eggs
  • 1/2 c
    ea. of diced red bell, onion, mushrooms
  • 1/2 tsp
    black pepper
  • 1 c
    your favorite cheese (opt)
  • 3 Tbsp
    butter, unsalted
  • 1/2 c
    milk

How To Make cheesy scrambled eggs

  • 1
    Put veggies in a small amount of olive oil and cook till tender.
  • 2
    Wisk eggs together with salt, pepper, and milk. The milk will make them fluffier.

    Pour eggs into pan with veggies, stirring constantly till done. Add butter & cheese, tossing till melted.
