Ingredients For cheese french toast

16 ozfrozen sliced peaches, thawed

8 ozcream cheese, softened

1 cmozzarella cheese, shredded

1/2 cricotta cheese

1/2 capricot preserves

16 ozloaf italian bread with sesame seeds

6 lgeggs

1/2 cwhipping cream

1/2 tspsalt

4 ccorn flakes cereal, crushed

butter, melted
How To Make cheese french toast

1Cook peach slices in a medium saucepan over medium heat until thoroughly heated; set aside, and keep warm.

2Beat the cheeses in a medium mixing bowl at low speed of an electric mixer until blended. Stir in preserves.

3Cut the bread into 1 1/2 inch thick slices. Make a horizontal pocket in each bread slice; spoon about 3 tablespoons cheese mixture into each pocket.

4Combine eggs, whipping cream, and salt in a medium mixing bowl; beat at low speed until blended. Dip each bread slice in the egg mixture, and dredge in the crushed cereal.

5Cook the bread slices in melted butter in a large skillet over medium heat for 3 minutes on each side or until golden. Serve immediately with the peach slices.
