    STRAIN COTTAGE CHEESE IN DOUBLE LAYER OF CHEESE CLOTH UNTIL NO LIQUID IS PRESENT.

    WHISK EGGS, SUGAR SUBSTITUTE AND CINNAMON TOGETHER. ADD COTTAGE CHEESE; WHISKING WELL. WHISK IN FLAX MEAL A LITTLE AT A TIME, MIXING WELL.
