Ingredients For broccoli bacon quiche for 2

  • 1/2 c
    fresh or frozen broccoli florets, thawed & drained
  • 1/2 c
    shredded swiss cheese
  • 1-2
    bacon strips, cooked & crumbled
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1/2 c
    half 'n' half cream
  • 1/8 tsp
    salt
  • dash
    garlic powder
  • dash
    lemon-pepper seasoning

How To Make broccoli bacon quiche for 2

  • 1
    Divide the broccoli, cheese & bacon between two 5" pie plates coated with nonstick cooking spray. In a small bowl, whisk the eggs, cream, salt, garlic powder & lemon pepper. Pour over bacon.

    Bake, uncovered, at 350^ for 15-20 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
