Ingredients For broccoli bacon quiche for 2

1/2 cfresh or frozen broccoli florets, thawed & drained

1/2 cshredded swiss cheese

1-2bacon strips, cooked & crumbled

2eggs
-
1/2 chalf 'n' half cream
-
1/8 tspsalt
-
dashgarlic powder
-
dashlemon-pepper seasoning
How To Make broccoli bacon quiche for 2

1Divide the broccoli, cheese & bacon between two 5" pie plates coated with nonstick cooking spray. In a small bowl, whisk the eggs, cream, salt, garlic powder & lemon pepper. Pour over bacon.

2Bake, uncovered, at 350^ for 15-20 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
