breakfast tortillas

Yet another orphaned recipe I've adopted! Looks very nice like it is!!! But I may tweak it a bit!
Ingredients For breakfast tortillas

2 cfrozen hash brown potatoes

1 ccooked brown rice

1/4 cchopped green onion

1/3 csalsa
-
1/3 ccorn kernels, frozen

5whole wheat tortillas
How To Make breakfast tortillas

1Cook the potatoes in a dry nonstick skillet, stirring frequently, until lightly browned, about 15 minutes.

2Add the remaining ingredients, except the tortillas, and cook another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until heated through.

3Spoon a line of the mixture down the center of each tortilla.

4Roll up and eat.
