Ingredients For breakfast quinoa

1/2 cquinoa

1/2 tspcinnamon

1/4 cvanilla soy or almond milk

2 Tbspdried fruit

1 Tbspbrow sugar or dark agave nectar or brown rice syrup
How To Make breakfast quinoa

1In a medium saucepan, combine water, quinoa, and cinnamon; bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer stirring occasionally until quinoa is soft and translucent and liquid is absorbed, an=bout 12-15 minutes. Stir in milk, dried fruit and sweetener.
