Ingredients For breakfast quinoa

  • 1 c
    water
  • 1/2 c
    quinoa
  • 1/2 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1/4 c
    vanilla soy or almond milk
  • 2 Tbsp
    dried fruit
  • 1 Tbsp
    brow sugar or dark agave nectar or brown rice syrup

How To Make breakfast quinoa

    In a medium saucepan, combine water, quinoa, and cinnamon; bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer stirring occasionally until quinoa is soft and translucent and liquid is absorbed, an=bout 12-15 minutes. Stir in milk, dried fruit and sweetener.
