Ingredients For breakfast pizza

    potato (grated)
  • 1 sm
    red onion( sliced thin)
  • 4 slice
    tomato (sliced thin)
  • 2 c
    spinach
  • 1 c
    cheese, shredded
  • 4 sm
    pieces of bacon

How To Make breakfast pizza

  • Hashbrowns being browned

    In a large skillet add 1/4 cup of butter melted add potato that has been shredded.
  • Hashb rowns and red onion

    Brown first side,turn add red onion and some cheese.
  • Add spinach

  • Tomatoes

    Add bacon pieces and tomato slices add cheese on top.

    2 over easy eggs can be added at this time. (I do like my eggs)
