Why buy breakfast burritos at the grocery store when you can make your own for a lot less money with the specific ingredients you want. You get it your way everyday. I make these up about once a month and in the morning while my coffee is brewing I throw a couple in the microwave and have breakfast on my way to work.. these are easy enough for the kids to make in the morning.

Ingredients For breakfast burritos

  • bacon, sausage, or other meat of choice
  • country hashbrowns
  • scrambled eggs
  • cheese, shredded
  • salsa
  • 8' tortillas

How To Make breakfast burritos

  • 1
    Prepare meat of choice. hashbrowns and scrambled eggs.

    heat tortillas in microwave. place small amount of each ingredient in the center of each torilla and roll end fold side and finish rolling.

    Place on cookie sheet seam side down and freeze for one hour then place in zip lock freezer bags. Pull the burritos out as you want to use them and microwave them for about 2 minutes.
