This is a Yummy Breakfast treat to serve a family of 5-6. It's very quick and you can interchange items to make this Breakfast Braid great. Sausage, bacon, ham, it's all good. I found this recipe from a healthy food group and my husband and I love it. We reheat for a couple of days and even for snacks, we like turkey bacon or turkey sausage. You could even use egg beater's as well for an even healthier change. If you don't like jalapeno's, you can leave out or add other vegetables to your liking. That's the beauty of this all in one breakfast, change to your likes or take out your dislikes.
