1/2 Tbspbutter, melted

1/4 cblueberries, fresh or frozen or other berries
- TOPPING

1/2 Tbspbutter, melted

1 Tbspflour

1 Tbspsugar, raw
How To Make berry muffin (in a mug)

1In a microwave safe mug combine the flour, baking powder and sugar.

2Stir in the milk and butter.

3Place berries on top.

4Topping:

5Crumble together the butter, flour and sugar.

6Sprinkle on top of the berries.

7Microwave on high 90 seconds.

8Cool slightly, then enjoy.

9*To make vegan: Use coconut oil instead of butter Soy or almond milk.
