Ingredients For berry muffin (in a mug)

  • MUFFIN
  • 1/4 c
    flour
  • 1 Tbsp
    sugar (i used raw)
  • 1/8 tsp
    baking powder
  • 3 Tbsp
    milk
  • 1/2 Tbsp
    butter, melted
  • 1/4 c
    blueberries, fresh or frozen or other berries
  • TOPPING
  • 1/2 Tbsp
    butter, melted
  • 1 Tbsp
    flour
  • 1 Tbsp
    sugar, raw

How To Make berry muffin (in a mug)

    In a microwave safe mug combine the flour, baking powder and sugar.

    Stir in the milk and butter.
  • 3
    Place berries on top.

    Topping:

    Crumble together the butter, flour and sugar.
  • 6
    Sprinkle on top of the berries.

    Microwave on high 90 seconds.

    Cool slightly, then enjoy.

    *To make vegan: Use coconut oil instead of butter Soy or almond milk.
