Over 20 years ago, I was working in a huge Doctor's building. There was every specialty you could think of. I had a friend who was a nutritionist there. She used to eat these sandwiches 2 or 3 times a week, so I started then and I still have one every so often.

1/2banana, cut across, then slice longways

1 Tbsphoney or honey spread

2 Tbsppeanut butter, chunky or smooth

1One one slice of bread spread peanut butter; on the other spread with honey.

2Cut & slice the banana and put it in between the bread.
