Over 20 years ago, I was working in a huge Doctor's building. There was every specialty you could think of. I had a friend who was a nutritionist there. She used to eat these sandwiches 2 or 3 times a week, so I started then and I still have one every so often.

  • 2 slice
    sara lee cinnamon swirl and raisin breakfast bread
  • 1/2
    banana, cut across, then slice longways
  • 1 Tbsp
    honey or honey spread
  • 2 Tbsp
    peanut butter, chunky or smooth

How To Make blondie's one heck of a good breakfast sandwich

    One one slice of bread spread peanut butter; on the other spread with honey.

    Cut & slice the banana and put it in between the bread.
