I found this recipe at allrecipes.com. I didn't change a thing, which is unusual for me. It is a perfect recipe for hollandaise sauce without all the agony entailed in the regular method of making a perfect sauce. I served it over steamed asparagus last night. OOH, Manifique!

Ingredients For blender hollandaise sauce(sallye)

3 lgegg yolks

1/4 tspdjon mustard

1 Tbsplemon juice

1 dashfranks or tabasco hot sauce

1/2 cbutter
How To Make blender hollandaise sauce(sallye)

1Place in blender the egg yolks, mustard, lemon juice and hot pepper sauce. Cover and blend for about 5 seconds. Leave mixture in blender and turn off power.

2Place butter in microwave safe measuring cup. Microwave on full power for 30 seconds to 1 minute until completely melted and hot. DO NOT ALLOW TO BOIL

3Set blender to high speed and VERY SLOWLY dribble the butter into the egg yolk mixture in a thin stream. It should begin to thicken immediately. To keep warm, leave the sauce in the blender jar and place the jar in a pan of hot tap water.
