I have been making this for 40 years and it is so easy and everyone loves them,but they will be thin so be prepared to make more.

1/2 cmilk

2/3 ca.p.flour

1/2 tspsalt

3 Tbspsugar

3 Tbspbutter seperate

How To Make big dutch babies

1you need a large skillet for this.Put the 3 tbsp.butter in skillet and place in a 350 degree oven to melt while you mix remaining ingredients.

2in a med.bowl mix all ingredients blending well.

3remove skillet from oven and pour batter into the butter and put back into oven for 15 min.remove from the oven and slice in pie shape and put syrup on it or sprinkle with powdered sugar or put any fresh berries on them,so good
