  • 1 tsp
    baking powder
  • 2 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 1 c
    water
  • 1/2 c
    milk
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla

    Combine all in a mixing bowl.
    Mix well.
    Cook on Hot skillet
