1 csour cream

1 1/2 cmilk

1/4 cmelted butter

2ripe bananas, mashed
How To Make banana sour cream pancakes

1Combine flour, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt. In a separate bowl, combine eggs, sour cream, milk and melted butter.

2Add dry ingredients and stir in mashed bananas.

3Heat oiled skillet or griddle over medium high heat. Pour 1/4 cup batter per pancake onto skillet. Cook 2 to 3 minutes until undersides are lightly browned. Turn and cook 2 more minutes.

4Serve with maple syrup.
