2/3 cwhole wheat flour

1 tspbaking powder

1/2 tspbaking soda

1 mdripe banana

1 1/4 clow fat buttermilk

2 Tbspoil
How To Make banana oatmeal pancakes

1Mix together flour, baking powder, baking soda, oats and sugar. Set aside.

2In blender whirl banana until smooth. Add egg, buttermilk, and oil; whirl until smooth. Stir banana mixture into dry ingredients, blending well. If batter is too thick, add more buttermilk one tablespoon at a time. Cook on hot griddle sprayed with cooking spray.

3Serve with warmed applesauce and cinnamon.
