Ingredients For banana muffins

    bananas
  • 1 1/2 c
    flour
  • 1 c
    brown sugar
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1/2 c
    butter
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1/4 c
    sour cream
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt

How To Make banana muffins

    Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit

    Cream together butter and sugar

    Add sour cream, eggs, mashed bananas, and vanilla.

    Mix all dry ingredients and add to wet ingredients mixture.

    Pour batter into greased tins or line with muffin cups.
