1 calmond milk

1/4 craspberry pie filling

2 tsppumpkin pie spice

1/4 cpumpkin puree
How To Make baked oatmeal cups

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2Spray large muffin pan with cooking spray.

3Combine Oats, baking powder, (and if making pumpkin cups, pumpkin pie spice.)

4Add to oats, milk, vanilla, beaten eggs, puree/pie filling and yogurt. Whisk until combined.

5Divide batter into muffin cups.

6Bake for 28 - 30 minutes, until oats are set.

7Cool in pan for 5 minutes.

8Enjoy!

9*Store in refrigerator. Heat for 30 seconds in microwave.
