Ingredients For baked oatmeal cups

  • 1 c
    quick oats
  • 1/2 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1 c
    almond milk
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 2 lg
    eggs, beaten
  • 5.3 oz
    yogurt
  • 1/4 c
    puree
  • RASPBERRY
  • 5.3 oz
    raspberry yogurt
  • 1/4 c
    raspberry pie filling
  • CHERRY
  • 5.3 oz
    cherry yogurt
  • 1/4 c
    cherry pie filling
  • PUMPKIN
  • 5.3 oz
    pumpkin yogurt
  • 2 tsp
    pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 c
    pumpkin puree

How To Make baked oatmeal cups

  • 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2
    Spray large muffin pan with cooking spray.
  • 3
    Combine Oats, baking powder, (and if making pumpkin cups, pumpkin pie spice.)
  • 4
    Add to oats, milk, vanilla, beaten eggs, puree/pie filling and yogurt. Whisk until combined.

    Divide batter into muffin cups.
  • 6
    Bake for 28 - 30 minutes, until oats are set.

    Cool in pan for 5 minutes.

    *Store in refrigerator. Heat for 30 seconds in microwave.
