Ingredients For bacon and sage potato cakes

8 slicebacon, cooked and crumbled

1 pkg(20 oz) shredded hash browns (if frozen, thaw and squeeze out water)

3 clovegarlic, minced or use 1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 tspground sage or a small bunch of fresh chopped sage

2 lgeggs

salt and pepper, to taste

1/4 cvegetable oil
How To Make bacon and sage potato cakes

1in a large skillet, preheat oil. meanwhile, in large bowl, combine all ingredients.

2measure out 1/2 cup of tater mix and carefully place in oil. use spatula to flatten out patties.

3cook until crispy and nicely browned. drain on paper towels.
