2 Tbspred onion small dice

1 Tbspeach brown sugar, dijon mustard, lemon juice, drained capers and chopped parsley

1 tspworcestershire sauce

1avocado's small dice

salt and pepper

2 slicebrioche bread toasted

microgreens for garnish
How To Make avocado tartare

1Mix the olive oil, red onion, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, caper, parsley and Worcestershire sauce. Fold in the diced avocado.

2After the bread is toasted use a glass and cut the bread into rounds. Top with the avocado tartare and garnish with microgreens
