I make these pancakes very often. They are really good with whipped cream. I got this recipe from my sister.

Ingredients For apple pancakes

  • 1 1/4 c
    all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp
    butter, melted
  • 1 lg
    egg
  • 1/3 c
    granulated sugar
  • 1 c
    milk
  • 2
    apples, skin removed, cored, and shredded

Make sure to cook these apple pancakes on a low heat or they will burn.
  • All ingredients, except apples, whisked together.

    Mix all ingredients except apples. If the dough is too thick you can add 1-2 Tbsp of milk.
  • Folding in shredded apples.

    Once the consistency is good, fold in the shredded apples.
  • Pancake batter poured into a skillet.

    Heat a large skillet on low to medium heat and spray with non-stick spray. Pour about 1/4 cup batter per pancake.
  • Flipping panacke when one side is golden brown.

    When the pancakes bubble and the bottoms are golden, flip over to cook the other side.
