Hearty farm-style pancakes chock-full of apples and ham that satisfy even the hungriest of appetites! Back when I lived in Indiana, I used to come up with different pancake concoctions once a month for pancake breakfasts down at the local club to raise money for charity. This one always went over very well! Nice to have during the holidays for breakfast or supper! *I also sometimes make them with cooked, drained, and crumbled sausage as well. Your preference to use what you have onhand and need to use up! :D (Pic is from Taste of Home magazine when they featured my recipe.)

Pour batter by 1/4 cupfuls onto a lightly greased hot griddle; turn when bubbles form on top of pancakes. Cook until second side is golden brown. Serve with pats of butter and warm maple syrup.
