almond orange apricot cresent rolls

These little rolls are requested every year for our table on Thanksgiving and Christmas morning! This "yumm-o" recipe originally came from Rachel Ray. You can use other preserves if you wish to swap out the apricot/orange mix. As writen this recipe is so darn good I really wouldn't change a thing!! Enjoy!

Ingredients For almond orange apricot cresent rolls

1 pkgpillsbury cresent roll dough

1/4 capricot preserves

1/4 corange marmalade
-
1egg
-
splash of water

1 Tbspsesame seeds

1/4 csliced almonds
How To Make almond orange apricot cresent rolls

1Preheat oven to crescent roll directions Roll out dough and seperate into perforated triangles

2Combine apricot preserves and marmalade in a small bowl, microwave for a few seconds to loosen the preserves. Beat egg in small bowl and add the slash of water to egg, mix well. ( this is for egg wash )

3Spread a thin layer of the preserves on each triangle, add a few of the almond slices. Roll up the cresents in the usual way. Brush with the egg wash and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake to cresent package directions until a deep golden color. Serve warm!!
