I have decided that I don't like frying bacon (because it splatters) or sausage (because it gets darker outside before inside is cooked). So this is how I make sausage, and it's really good, really easy, and makes having a nice breakfast on the weekends a breeze.

1Spray broiler pan with Pam. Place patties on broiler pan. Put in 375 degree oven for 10 min, then flip. Bake 10 min more, flip again. Bake 10 min more (total of 30 min). Remove to paper towel lined plate to get grease from them, serve.
