1/2 cwondra quick mixing flour

1/2 tspbeef base

2 Tbspchopped shallots

1/4 tspchopped garlic

How To Make sausage and gravy

1In a large skillet,brown sausage, shallots garlic, parsley flakes, sage papper. and set aside

2In another skillet, melt the butter and slowly add the wondra quick mixing flour until a thick roux is formed. becareful not to burn. slowly add in the milk and beef base untill a athick gray is formed.

3Add sausage and spice mixture and blend well. add salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot over buttermilk biscuits.
