~ pizza quiche pie ~
One yummy pie! I've been making versions of this forever it seems. It's great cold too, so makes for a great picnic or potluck. Sometimes I change the meats, but this version is my families favorite! It's also great to serve for brunch! Enjoy!

1/4 - 1/2 lbloose bulk sausage

1/2 mdred bell pepper, chopped

1/2 mdonion, chopped

1/2 lbmozzarella, shredded

24 slicepepperoni slices

3egg, beaten

1 tspdry oregano
-
1/2 tspgarlic powder
-
1/2 Tbspbasil paste
-
2 Tbspflour
-
1 - 12 ozcan, evaporated milk
-
1 - 9inch unbaked pie shell - deep dish
How To Make ~ pizza quiche pie ~

1Preheat oven to 350 degree F. In a skillet, brown sausage, onion and pepper. Breaking apart sausage as it cooks. Drain if needed. In a large bowl, beat eggs and mix in, milk, seasonings, flour. Making sure there are no lumps of flour.

2In the bottom of pie crust, add the cooked sausage mixture. Next, half the cheese ans pepperoni. Pour egg mixture over this and sprinkle with remaining cheese and pepperoni.

3Place on a sheet pan and bake for 40 - 45 minutes or until a knife comes out clean. I let set up for a few minutes, then cut and serve.
