Ingredients For maple sausage breakfast ring

1 pound hot sausage

1 lb. mild sausage

1 1/2 cups cracker crumbs

2 eggs, beaten

1/2 cup milk
-
1/2 cup finely chopped apple

1/4 cup maple syrup

1 tbsp. chopped fresh sage

16 eggs, scrambled
How To Make maple sausage breakfast ring

1Brown the hot sausage and mild sausage in skillet, stirring until crumbly; drain. Mix with cracker crumbs, beaten eggs, milk, apple, maple syrup and sage in large bowl. Spoon into a greased ring mold. Bake at 350 for 35 to 40 minutes or until set. Invert onto a serving platter and fill center with scrambled eggs. Serves 12 Big Taste of Little Rock
