2 lbground pork

6 Tbsppure maple syrup

3 Tbspdried parsely flakes

2 tspsage

2 tspsalt

1/4 tsppepper

1/4 tspnutmeg

2 Tbspolive oil
How To Make maple sage pork sausage

1Mix together all ingredients except olive oil & form into 2" round patties. (Can be stored in fridge for 1 day at this point.)

2Cook in heated oil over medium high heat about 3 minutes per side. Pat w/ paper towels.
