I came up with this because I love bagels, and wanted to create a delish breakfast with them. instead of just plain bagels. this way you get the best of both worlds, a hot breakfast that's very filling.:)and it's a healthy way to enjoy breakfast.

Ingredients For ham and egg three cheese spinach bagels

  • 6
    plain bagels
  • cream cheese
  • ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 bunch
    fresh spinach,stems removed
  • 6 slice
    ham, thin sliced
  • slice
    veelveta cheese
  • 1/2 lg
    white onions,chopped small
  • 1/2
    yellow bell pepper,chopped small
  • 1/2 lg
    red tomatoe,chopped small
  • 1 clove
    garlic minced
  • 1 Tbsp
    parsley flakes
  • 2
    scallions
  • 2 pinch
    salt and pepper
  • olive oil, extra virgin
  • 4 lg
    eggs
  • 1/4 c
    milk
  • spinch,chopped,fresh

How To Make ham and egg three cheese spinach bagels

    first take scallions,yellow pepper,tomato,garlic and saute' in the olive oil.while your doing that oil another pan for you ham place ham in your ready pan and cook until edges are lightly browned

    by now your saute' vegetables should be done.take eggs and milk and beat in a small mixing bowl add salt and pepper to taste scramble the eggs with the saute' vegetables ,chop half of your spinach and add to the eggs while cooking when that's done take 6 bagels and place on a cookie sheet lightly oiled with non stick spray.

    then spread cream cheese on bagels,top with 2 leafs of spinach for each bagel then add one piece of ham to each bagel then spread ricotta cheese on top of ham then add the scrambled eggs and then the veelveta cheese strips bake for about 15 minutes in a 400 degree oven until edges on bagel are brown lightly and cheese on top is melted.sprinkle parsley flakes on tops when done.serve and enjoy
