Ingredients For floured bacon

  • 1 pkg
    Thick cut bacon
  • some flour
  • garlic powder
  • onion powder, pepper
  • montreal steak seasoning, paprika, and lemon pepper
  • 1 Tbsp
    corn oil or peanut oil

How To Make floured bacon

  • 1
    Put the flour in a zippy bag, or coffee can. Add seasonings to flour and shake.

    shake the bacon in the flour.

    add oil to pan and heat on medium.

    Fry bacon until crisp and brown.
  • 5
    coating the bacon keeps it from shrinking, and adds a really delicious taste and crunch.

    then chow down on the good juicy bacon!
