My husband and I saw something like this in a movie and adapted our own recipe. I can't take all the credit.

Blue Ribbon Recipe

This European breakfast sandwich is a fancier egg sandwich for the weekend. Inside the toasted bread are a sunny-side-up egg, crispy fried prosciutto, sweet caramelized onions, and Raclette cheese. Raclette cheese is salty and slightly nutty. It's known as melting cheese, so it makes the breakfast sandwich nice and gooey. If you can't find it, Gruyere or Emmental don't melt the same but are delicious substitutes.
