I bake these in the morning for church. They are gone in no time. They are very good and moist.

Ingredients For cream cheese sausage balls

  • 1 lb
    sausage (hot, sage, whatever kind you like)
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/4 c
    bisquick
  • 4 oz
    cheddar cheese, shredded

How To Make cream cheese sausage balls

    Preheat oven to 400. Mix all ingredients until well combined. I use my mixer with the dough hook.

    Roll into 1 inch balls, and place on a baking sheet for 20-25 minutes. ENJOY!

    Balls can be frozen uncooked. Just add a few minutes extra to the baking time.
