Ingredients For cheese and bacon puff

  • 1 1/2 c
    milk
  • 3
    eggs
  • 1 c
    flour
  • 1 Tbsp
    bacon drippings
  • 1 tsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    dry mustard
  • 1/4 tsp
    cayenne pepper
  • 1 c
    american cheese, grated
  • 1/4 lb
    cooked and crumbled bacon----6 slices
  • 1/4 lb
    sliced mushrooms

How To Make cheese and bacon puff

  • 1
    Mix all ingredients together. Pour into greased cake pan or casserole dish. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. Good for brunch. 4-6 servings.
