Ingredients For breakfast burrito

  • 4
    soft shells
  • 1/2 c
    bacon
  • 1 pkg
    sausage
  • 4
    eggs
  • green pepper
  • onion
  • colby-jack shredded cheese

How To Make breakfast burrito

    Cut up the bacon, and add to a skillet. put the sausage in as well. Medium heat.

    Once all cooked, drain the grease. wisk your eggs in a small bowl, pour into the skillet with the meat.

    Make sure the veggies are cut up and then add to the mix. When the eggs are cooked it's done! Spinkle the cheese!

    You can make into either quesadilla or burrito. I have a quesadilla maker. I just place a soft shell, put my egg scramble inside, top with cheese and another soft shell quesadilla and then close the lid into the shell is lightly golden brown. When I made a burrito I just microwave a soft shell for a few seconds, put my egg scramble inside, top with cheese and roll it up. ENJOY!
