Ingredients For bacon avocado burrito

4eggs
-
8 - 7 inchflour tortillas
-
1 1/2 ccheddar cheese, shredded ( 6oz.)

1 lgavocado , thinly sliced
-
1 1/2 cchopped green onions
-
1 lbbacon, cooked and crumbled
-
salsa, ranch dressing or sour cream
How To Make bacon avocado burrito

1In a bowl, beat the eggs. Dip tortillas in beaten eggs.

2In a large skillet, cook tortilla in oil just until egg sets, turn and cook the other side. Place between paper towels to remove any oil and keep warm. Repeat with remaining tortillas adding more oil if needed.

3Place cheese, avocado, onions and bacon down the center of tortillas and top with your choice of salsa, Ranch dressing or sour cream. ( We use salsa and sour cream )

4Fold in ends and sides of tortilla. Serve with a fork.
