I did not create this recipe but love it so much I wish to share it. Especially good for warm summer mornings when you are hungry for oatmeal but don't want warm food.

Ingredients For swiss oatmeal

2apples, cored and chopped

1/2 capple juice, unsweetened

1 crolled oats, quick cooking

1 Tbsphoney
-
1 clow-fat plain or vanilla yogurt

2 Tbspwalnuts or almonds

2 Tbspraisins or craisins
How To Make swiss oatmeal

1Combine apples and juice. Stir in oats and honey. Add yogurt, nuts, raisins; stir to mix well. Put in refrigerator. Can keep for up to 2 days.
