Ingredients For quick healthy breakfast porridge

  • 1/2 c
    water
  • 1
    pitted prune
  • 1 Tbsp
    raisins
  • 2 Tbsp
    oat bran
  • 2 Tbsp
    wheat bran
  • 1 Tbsp
    wheat germ
  • 1 Tbsp
    flax seed
  • 1 tsp
    honey
  • 1/2 md
    banana (optional)
  • 1 Tbsp
    dried cranberries (optional)

How To Make quick healthy breakfast porridge

  • 1
    Bring the water with the prune, cranberries and raisins to a boil in a pot; cook at a boil for 3 minutes. Stir the oat bran, wheat bran, wheat germ, flax seed and honey into the fruit mixture. Remove from heat and serve hot. Top with sliced 1/2 banana.
