Ingredients For power bars

2 cwhole wheat flour

1/2 cbrown sugar, firmly packed

1/4 cpowdereed milk
-
1/4 cwheat germ
-
1 tspbaking powder
-
1 1/2 craisins
-
1/2 cnusalted sunflower seeds

2eggs
-
1/2 cvegetable oil
-
1/2 cdark molasses
-
1/3 cpeanut butter
How To Make power bars

1In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, powder milk, wheat germ, and baking powder. Stir in raisins and sunflower seeds.

2Combine eggs, oil, molasses, and peanut butter

3Add to dry ingredients, blinding well.

4Spread in a 9 inch cake pan.

5Bake in 350 degree oven for 35 minutes or until browned and firm to the touch.

6Let cool completely.

7Cut into 24 bars.

8Bars can be stored in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
