I enjoy this mid day at work, as it is packed with protien and keeeps me going. Not over filling just right, especially if you have to eat at your desk.

Ingredients For nuts granola fruit yogurt

6-8 ozlight or fat free yogurt: 80-100 calories usually

1/2 cor 1 serving of your favorite granola

1serving of your favorite nuts: almonds, pecans, walnuts etc.

2combination of any of the following fresh fruits: pineapple, peaches, nectarines, blackberries, blueberies, strawberries, pears, banana

1Blend together in a bowl. I usually use two if not three fruits. This makes a bowl full of delightful healthiness and very filling.

2I have not attempted melons in this combination. I have used dried fruits.
