1/2 craisins

1/2 cchopped dried apricots or cranberries

1 1/4 clowfat milk

2 Tbsphoney or brown sugar

1Combine all ingredients except yogurt in a bowl with airtight lid, making sure all oats are in contact with milk. A little more milk can be used if necessary.
