    low fat milk
  • 1/2 c
    plain greek yogurt
  • 1 c
    sliced strawberries
  • 2 Tbsp
    flaxseed
  • 2 Tbsp
    honey
  • 1/4 c
    whey protein powder (vanilla flavor)

How To Make healthy strawberry protein smoothie

    Pour the milk into a blender or food processor.  Add yogurt; add sliced strawberries, flaxseed, honey and Whey protein.  Process for 30 seconds! Enjoy this fast, simple and healthy breakfast for two!
