I have been looking for a good Dandelion Syrup I wish this was my recipe

Ingredients For dandelion syrup

50dandelion flower
-
1 lbchopped green apples

1 qtwater

juice and zest of 1 lemon
How To Make dandelion syrup

1Put the chopped apples, dandelion flower, juice and zest, and water in a pot and let simmer for 1 half hour.

2Pour the mesh through a lined strainer so juice is clear and yellow. Weigh the juice and pour back into pot. Use the same amount of sugar as the juice weighs

3Bring the juice to a boil until it thickens ,bring careful to not it boil to long, it must not change color. Pour the syrup into scalded glasses you then have syrup .

4Makes pancakes, waffles, Pork chops Yummy
