1/4 cbrown sugar

1 tspcinnamon

2 coatmeal, uncooked

2 cmilk, low-fat

2 cwater

1 pinchsalt
How To Make crockpot breakfast

1Place apples, cup brown sugar and salt in the bottom of the crock pot.

2Pour in oatmeal, milk and water. Do NOT stir.

3Cook overnight for 8 - 9 hours on low.
