  • FOR THE POLENTA
  • 4 c
    milk
  • 1 c
    quick cooking polenta
  • FRUIT
  • 2
    plums
  • 1/4 c
    brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp
    each salt, cinnamon, & nutmeg
  • juice of 1 lemon

How To Make creamy polenta with macerated fruit

    Heat the milk over medium heat then whisk in the polenta and cook about 10 minutes.

    Cut the plums into small pieces and remove the pit. Toss it with the sugar, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and lemon juice

    Serve the fruit over the polenta.
