Sweet and delicious this is a whole new take on grapefruit. Maybe not exactly the healthiest way to eat grapefruit but it is delicious especially if you like grapefruit to begin with.

Ingredients For broiled ruby reds

2ruby red grapefruit, halved

1/4 cbrown sugar

1/4 tspcinnamon

1/4 cshredded coconut

4maraschino cherries
How To Make broiled ruby reds

1Cut around each section with a grapefruit knife.

2Combine brown sugar and cinnamon and spread over grapefruit.

3Broil until juice is bubbling. Sprinkle with shredded coconut and broil until coconut is toasted. Add cherries to the centers of grapefruit.
