Ingredients For blintz pancakes

  • SIFT TOGETHER:
  • 1 c
    sifted flour
  • 2 Tbsp
    granulated sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • FOLD IN
  • 1 c
    dairy sour cream
  • 1 c
    small curd cottage cheese
  • 4
    well beaten eggs
  • SERVE WITH SMUCKER'S BLUEBERRY SYRUP OR FRESH FRUIT

How To Make blintz pancakes

  • 1
    Pour batter (about 1/4 cup depending on personal preference) onto heated, greased griddle.

    When the top of pancake is covered with bubbles, it's ready to turn.

    Serve with fresh fruit and/or fruit syrups. DELICIOUS!
