1In a glass dish add your milk, eggs, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla and whisk together and set aside. Put your captain crunch in a sandwich bag and using a rolling pin crunch the cereal and put into a plate and set aside. Peel your bananas or plantains and cut into slices and set aside. Turn your griddle on to 350 and heavily spray with your pam cooking spray and let it get hot.Take your slice of bread and soak it in your milk mixture and then coat both sides with the captain crunch cereal and place on the griddle and brown on both sides. Once you have done this for all of your bread slices set aside and on the stove melt down your caramel melts and heavy whipping cream together until smooth. In a small skillet add some oil and lightly saute your bananas or plantains until they are a golden brown.
