1/2 tspbaking soda

1/4 tspsalt

1container (6 oz.) banana custard-style yogurt

1/2 cskim milk

1egg, beaten

2 Tbspvegetable oil

1 ccooked rice
-
1 cpureed or finely diced banana

freshly sliced bananas

maple syrup
How To Make banana pancakes

1Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in large bowl.

2Add yogurt, milk, egg and oil; stir until smooth. Stir in rice and banana.

3Pour 1/4 cup batter onto hot nonstick griddle. Cook over medium heat until bubbles form on top and underside is lightly browned. Turn to brown other side.

4Serve hot with bananas and warm maple syrup. Variation: For Cinnamon-Banana Pancakes, add 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon to dry ingredients.
